Prior to that, she was employed in the hi-tech industry with ten years experience in sales and marketing and event planning at Apple, Inc.

Sue is a Professional Member of the International Association of Protocol Consultants, (IAPC) and has an additional background in image consulting and make-up artistry, with 20 years of fashion modeling experience in television and print.

Sue is the author of Etiquette For Dummies, Business Etiquette For Dummies, and Wedding Etiquette For Dummies. Sue also collaborated on Thriving in the Workplace All in One For Dummies, all four books were published by John Wiley & Son’s Inc.

She is the Executive Producer of The Etiquette Survival Kit, a series of educational DVDs featuring dining and social etiquette for adults and teens and proper table settings from casual to formal dining.

She also contributes etiquette advice for www.TheStationeryStudio.com and their blog, in “Sue’s Corner”:
